Some of my succulents are dropping leaves or doing strange things all of the sudden and I’m wondering what I’m doing wrong. The weather has warmed considerably and if anything I’m watering less, but feel like I’m seeing signs of overwatering. Just want to see what anyone’s thoughts are, as I know each plant type is unique and don’t want to kill my babies! 1. My sedum dendroideum have random yellowing leaves, but seem otherwise healthy and have new growth. Not sure if this is normal.
2. My bear paws just dropped a bunch of plump leaves, but I haven’t been watering very frequently and they are in hot temps and morning sun.
3. Several others…echeveria, sedeveria, pachyphytum…have leaves that seem shriveled, from the tips, and also loss of lower leaves, but also are watered a bit more and I don’t know if it’s under or overwatering. They get mostly shaded light, but it’s bright and hot out.
Any thoughts are welcome. I’m leaving for a vacation soon and don’t know whether to have my mother water or not, since I can’t tell what the issues are…or if some of this is normal.

Are the leaves that are yellowing and dropping coming from the bottom of the plant only? & how often do you water?
No, they are dropping from random spots all over. There’s a lot of new growth, so I wasn’t sure if this was normal for sedum dendroideum, as I have several non-succulent plants that drop leaves when they grow or flower. I water 1-2x per week, but only when soil is dry. It’s gotten very hot recently, so maybe that shocked them? Ive moves them to a new spot that may have a bit more direct light, but only morning sun.
