Definitely Aeonium Black rose. Water once weekly. They grow the most in the beginning of spring and go dormant in the summer, then grow during the beginning of fall and go dormant in the winter. Very small root system and grow very tall and leggy. Bottom leaves will die with time and you can expect the plant to grow at about 1 new set of leaves per 3-4 weeks in growing seasons and much slower when it’s dormant. The plant is weird because it never actually goes completely dormant it just grows better in a moderate climate 65-70 degrees with 30-60% relative humidity (roughly).
