To get rid of them I tried different thing but nothing help.
I’ve had success by pulling the plant and blasting it under running water, then treating it with a solution of rubbing alcohol and water with a touch of dish soap. I used a q-tip and really got all the crevices. Then rinse and keep them separate for a while to make sure you got them all. It worked, but it was a task. Some people just chuck the plant.
Many cactus growers use Imidaclorprid. It is systemic, watered into the soil. Bayer makes a 1.47% solution called Tree & Shrub Insect Control. One tbls in a gallon of water is all you need. Just water the plant well and that should do it for a year. I have been using it on all cacti and succulents for many years,
