Would love identification on first one (dark green, pointy one) and care suggestions. As it grows it’s getting heavier and seems to droop a lot, I’m worried it will break off as the base seems fragile, but seems to grow well as I’ve had it well over a year and has gotten considerably longer. Does it need bracing or is it meant to do that? Or stronger than it appears?
Suggestions on changing my care of the second one would be appreciated. It’s growing nicely on top but is mostly droopy and has some drying tips towards bottom. I wait until soil is completely dry before watering and pot is draining, but am unable to find a balance. Still too much water? Too much sun? Wrong temp?
One thing I have never done is plant food, a must?

They both appear to be stretching for light.
